Yes you can, especially if you live next door to them and they bark all night long!
Also I think the 3rd Chihuahua from the left looks about half terrified of being dropped!
They all look happy to me. Yes, if you live next door they probably will bark at some point! If you live in California, you would have to apply for a kennel license!! Then they don’t allow kennels in residential areas.
Personally, one chihuahua is too many…

It is called a long haired Chihuahua.
Just wanted to say, as an owner of 2, and if i had a bigger place I’d want more. Mine are very quiet. So it depends on how you raise them. They only bark when mailman comes and that’s it. And its’ not long and annoying. Believe it or not, i think my dogs are the quietest on the block.

I agree with everything you’ve said. I also have 2 Chihuahuas and they are the best! They are very quiet. In fact, I also have a Bichon Frise (who I love very much) and he is much more apt to bark than the Chis. Chihuahuas have gotten a reputation they do not deserve…they are great dogs!
